Dr Praveen Jeyapathy is a Specialist Diabetologist with over 7 years of experience. He completed his Medical Graduation from Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Timisoara, Romania in 2005. Later, he specialized in family medicine from Christian Medical College, Vellore, India and underwent his specialty training in diabetology and diabetic foot surgery from the prestigious Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, India.

He has extensive experience in managing patients with all types of diabetes and their associated complications and has been actively involved in various screening and awareness camps both in India and Oman. His additional training in diabetic foot related disorders has helped formulate a successful risk stratification screening program for all patients.

He has delivered lectures (CMEs) to doctors and paramedical staff and also has written diabetes related articles aimed at public awareness both in Oman and India.
