Dr Zeina Bassam Serhan

Endocrinology

Dr. Zeina Bassam Serhan is a highly experienced Specialist in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism with more than 14 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of hormonal and metabolic disorders.

She completed her medical degree from Syrian Universities in 2011, followed by a specialist fellowship in Endocrinology and Diabetes at the Central Damascus Hospital, graduating in 2017 as a certified specialist.

Throughout her medical career, Dr. Zeina has served at several major healthcare institutions in Damascus, including through the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), where she contributed to the management of complex endocrine and diabetes cases.

In 2021, Dr. Zeina relocated to Oman, practicing as an Endocrinologist and Diabetologist at Al Nile Hospital, Nizwa until the end of 2023. She then held the position of Endocrinology and Diabetes Specialist at Aster Al Raffah Polyclinic (Al Khoud branch) during 2024–2025.

Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based endocrinology with long-term patient follow-up, lifestyle optimization, and preventive guidance.
